a note on technology

we know most skiers have opinions about the current “technological progress” reaching this world. we aren’t here to argue with them. actually, we hold most of them ourselves. the modern internet is built to keep you looking at it. a mountain asks the opposite, and yet it’s given us the best days of our lives.

corduroy was not built to house your data, figure out who you are, or sell your attention to anyone. it was built to bring more people into a sport we’ve had the experience to enjoy, to make the mountain easier to reach, easier to trust, and to look out for the people already here.

for the winters we still have left, we’d rather you spend them skiing.
